Additional phases beyond space planning may include the following:

• Detailed Design Development: The finalized space plan is handed over to a licensed professional in your jurisdiction for detailed design development. This phase involves creating detailed drawings and specifications required for construction. Changes to the space plan may be incorporated in this phase with your selected professional.
• Construction Documentation: Comprehensive construction documents are prepared by a licensed professional in your jurisdiction, including detailed plans, elevations, sections, and specifications. These documents guide the construction process.
• Permitting and Approvals: The detailed design is submitted for necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Construction Phase: With all approvals and documentation in place, the construction phase begins. The space plan is brought to life through careful execution and coordination with licensed contractors and other stakeholders.

The Space Plan Company will provide the AutoCAD and PDF file of the space plan for your selected design professional to continue working to bring the project to fruition.
